• Knowledgeable on all solar panel cleaning technologies and solutions. This goes way beyond cleaning but also includes having a profound understanding of solar panel cleaning robotics and much more. This person is a lifelong learner and constantly trains on up-and-coming technologies. This person knows hardware and software.
• Knowledgeable about all kinds of solar installation types and the cleaning challenges that arise.
• Manage a crew of solar panel cleaning technicians
• Full understanding of “Solar Panel Cleaning Safety” and much more. This person identifies key safety skill sets that must be adopted by the crew and accomplishes adoption by crew members.
